Fire Hosting

Fire Hosting is a project I launched with a friend outside of my studies, but it quickly took on a professional dimension. Thanks to this project, we obtained student-entrepreneur status, which allowed us to deepen our skills in both web development and system administration.

A complete and multilingual Laravel project

The core of our platform is built on Laravel, a framework we chose for its robustness and flexibility.
We developed a multilingual website (French, English, and Brazilian Portuguese) using Laravel’s built-in localization tools, allowing us to offer a smooth and user-friendly experience.

On the front-end, we opted for Tailwind CSS to build a modern, responsive, and consistent interface across the entire site.

Payment processing and customer subscriptions

One of the key aspects of the project was integrating Stripe for payment and subscription management.
We developed an admin panel to track customers, their subscriptions, and their servers.
For some dynamic features, such as real-time dashboard statistics, we use Livewire, which makes it easy to create interactive components without leaving the Laravel ecosystem.

An independent server infrastructure

Fire Hosting is not just a website: we built our own server infrastructure hosting both our platform and our clients’ servers.
This allowed us to strengthen our skills in:

• managing Linux servers,
• configuring web services (Nginx, MariaDB, etc.),
• securing and monitoring our production environments.

We also use Pterodactyl, an open-source game server management solution that serves as our client panel. This system enables users to deploy and manage their own game servers independently.

A rewarding and educational experience

Fire Hosting has provided us with a complete learning experience, combining web development, infrastructure, security, and entrepreneurship.
It’s a project that continues to evolve, with the ambition of offering high-performance hosting services accessible to all enthusiasts of video games and technology.
